Elisabetta L Faenza: I am a woman who is finally learning to peak as I come out the other side of menopause. I am stronger, clearer and know myself better than I ever have. Menopause has been pretty awful, but a bit like how a super hot flame tempers steel, I think menopause and all its trials and challenges has sharpened me to the point I am ready to peak!
